Lead-Time is 4-8 weeks.

• Depending on the Size and Quantity of the windows. We generally use standard carriers such as UPS and USPS to ship most windows.
• Occasionally we will use a 3rd Party Delivery Company to ship Oversized Windows or Large Quantity Orders.

If your order arrives damaged we will work with you to resolve. We will ask you to send us photos of the packaging and determine the best solution including replacing parts or the entire window if necessary.

No, we do not allow returns since these are custom made products. By placing an order you agreeing to our no returns policy.
