Once an order is placed you will receive an automatic notification of the order. Our team will then review the details and follow up to confirm before releasing for production.

After you confirm the sizes and specs are correct your order will be released for production. It generally takes 4 - 8 weeks to manufacture the windows.

Once manufacturing is complete, we'll prepare your order for shipment. We'll send tracking information when the order goes out or instructions for pickup orders.
